When you have an axienty disorder? is something always wrong with you?
Question:
headache ,chest pains etc
Answers:
Absolutely. The CNS and autonomic nervous system all come into play in this condition.
I doubt it.
Most anxiety disorders are a mental problem and you have to learn to stop the anxiety before it becomes a problem.
Relaxation techniques.
i have an anxiety disorder, for more than thirty years i have dealt with it, i am now on medicine which helps me quite a bit, what you are describing is an actual anxiety attack, they come and they go but they are not constant..try to ride thru it, it will go away, i have them sometimes and dont even know why, i will just get up some morning and the minute my feet hit the floor i am hit with it....talk to your dr. ..there is help out there..meanwhile dont give up....good luck
It depends. Anxiety can manifest itself in many ways... including all of those you mention.
If you have anxiety and want to get rid of it, don't bother with meds... they don't fix it. They merely mask it and add some new undesirable things. The cure lies in modifying how you think about things. Here's my (not so secret) secret:

No, not always. I have an anxiety of people being in my personal space. I can not stand it if I cannot turn around in a store without bumping into someone. But I don't get dizzy or nauseaus. I just feel an overwhelming urge to run or push them away from me.
once you have been given the clean bill of health from your doctor...anxiety cannot hurt you in any way.these symptoms are scarey and you many think your sick...but the body reactes to the thoughts and feelings..i could go one forever but i want you to read this site..for a complete list of symptoms of anxiety..
No. I have had it all of my adult life. You really do need to see someone for it. There is help. Unfortunately you can't fix it yourself. It is a chemical imbalance. It is OK to be treated for it.
The only thing that you might have is the chest pains if you worry alot. Your chest will get tighter and feel like you are out of breath but that is because of the anxiety disorder. The rest don't really fit with an anxiety disorder. I know I have an anxiety disorder.
Hope this helps!!!:)
