then you are visiting him at a great risk..though viruses like hiv are said to live only 8 minutes outside the host...i personally doubt it.who knows if the time gap is exactly 10 minutes..n moreover there are many other deadly viruses like HAV which also spread through sperms which cant be killed in a very short time like 5-10 min even if its sterlized.

OK.. I really don't understand what the question is... are you saying that this doctor took a sperm sample and waited 10 minutes and took another without cleaning the device? Sperm samples should be submitted in a cup and you should deposit the collection yourself, the doctor doesn't touch your penis in a collection. If this is about a device being used on you and other people without being cleaned, I'd worry about cross contamination from those other people. This all sounds weird, maybe you should find another doctor.
First of all YouQA.com isn't a place to speak with doctors, you have no idea if someone answering the question is really a doctor. For medical advice you have no idea who is answering on YouQA.com .
If this really happened I would contact the health department in your local government and report it, you could also inquire into what risks this causes. It seems very bizarre and extremely unproffesional at best.
I would not go to this Doctor again, I would also report them to the medical association.
Then I would see another doctor and speak to them about what risks this could pose.
