I get double vision after exercising, when I get really angry and when I get over heated. I have had a ct scan which shows nothing wrong there and have been to an eye doctor nothing there either, no other tests have been done..any suggestions?

It sounds like paroxysmal hypertension which sometimes doctors, even eye doctors miss. You need to see an endocrinologist and tell him/her what you have told us.
