is the white stuff like harder than a pimple?
i think you're talking about greasy deposits- or fatty deposits- i'm not sure which one it is.. i get one near my eyes every once in a while- it's always the same one. they're a lot harder to pop than pimples do, and when you do, they hurt.
I have pretty sensitive skin, and I had something similar once that seemed to be a result of irritation, perhaps from shaving. No itchiness or pain, but little pustules and some redness. I avoided shaving that area for a while and started using Cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer (expensive, but Walmart has a generic version that much, much cheaper and it's exactly the same), applying the moisturizer immediately after getting out of the shower. Cleared right up. I'd try something like that, and then, if it doesn't help, go see a doctor.
