Has anyone done the DR. Dellon surgery for diabetic neuropathy?

Question:
I am a diabetic and and I have pain in my feet, and Dr. Dellon sounds like he is a very good doctor, but I am concerned about the surgery. Does anybody have any experience?

Answers:
first I've heard of any surgery for Neuropathy. I worked for a Neurosurgeon and nothing there. Normally, when neuropathy gets so bad in the feet, amputation is the next step. I simply can't think of what kind of surgery he may be offering to get around this. Is he on the internet?
