Prickly Heat?

Question:
I have dots all over my face I don't know if it is pimples or zits, but my sister says it's prickly heat. What is prickly heat? How can I make it go away? I have it on my nose and forhead, also a bit on my chin.

Answers:
Skin of especially infants and children is often sensitive to heat. This causes obstructed sweat-glands, and produces a small, red rash or blisters, called prickly heat. These rashes or blisters are often itchy, or tend to get a tingling or pricking sensation.

Because of the summer's hot weather, it is extremely common, so there is nothing to worry about. Prickly heat completely and easily curable, as seen here: http://ky.essortment.com/pricklyheatras_...
