Neosporin is an antibiotic, doesn't this cover the Acne bacteria? Can I dab some of that on this rather large blackhead I seem to have acquired?

I thought of that too and it didnt really work for me. It might have prevented a few breakouts but I do know one thing: It is a ***** when you want to remove it! It leaves you with a really oily look and feel for a few hours unless you really scrub to get it off.
