Sore on my scalp?

Question:

A week ago i found a sore in my scalp, yesteday, i found another...there is no discoloring or hair loss or anything- my scalp just feels very tended, and it only hurts when i touch the exact spot...is it serious?

I would recommend that you see a dermatologist about this. It could be any number of things. In the meantime, try to apply a dab of antibiotic ointment to the sore areas to see if this helps to clear them up. Good luck!!

I would say go to the doctor just in case. You don't want to take any chances with your health!

Try polytar shampoo

I would say switch shampoo's and conditioner, or maybe try rinsing your hair longer. It could just be driend up shampoo or conditioner and its irritating your scalp. I get that a lot. I instead switched to a 2in 1 shampoo + conditioner and it was easier to rinse it all out and I haven't had any more irritation. But if it persists, then go see a dermatologist.
