Possibly, you didn't give much detail. Remember there are lots of things on the left side, ribs, muscle, a lung, etc. See your doctor and tell them your symptoms, but I advise you try to be more specific so they don't blow you off. Take Care

If it is just "a little", then its more likely to be muscular. Heart problems which cause pain usually cause intense pain, not just discomfort.
If you are feeling chest pain, go to the ER. NOW!
Angina is not something to play around with. Most people don't have the classic TV show fine one moment and on the ground in pain a second later. People can have silent heart attacks where they don't even know they are having them. Most people don't even have chest pain when they have a heart attack. They can have jaw pain (most common in women) and arm pain. If you are having discomfort, go to a hospital and get treatment. They won't be angry that you came but being told you're fine is better than having a massive heart attack at home because you didn't go.

you should not worry about it. What you feel comes from your lungs. Remember that in your life you can feel heart pain once, and if you are lucky few more times. You never feel pain in heart like on all other organs
