Acne! help! pleaseeeeee?

Question:
best prescription topical and oral treatment for cystic acne?!

Answers:
I use duac topical gel it works wonders!
and is perscription
oh prescription... hmm... i use neutrogena and it dries the zit and clears it in like 45 minutes. [sorry not really prescription] oh and you should try skin simple just look it up online. that's where i found it.
I recommend Proactiv (advertised on tv) although I have not used it myself... as for a prescription i tried Cleocin T.. didn't work for me but might for u.. everybody is different.

I have most recently found birth control pills work ... i had the same prob in school with bad acne like u describe here. My problem was a hormone imbalance it seems.
have u tried nureaginas line of acne facial wash, wash twice a say and then a apply a toner and a light mosturiser that doesn't clog pores. This helps make ur skin healthy not just oil free.
Can I offer a gentler, easier solution? Try the Norwex antibac facecloth.twice a day, just water, only microfiber. You have to rinse the cloth and hang it to dry between using but it does work, even on cystic acne. Give it 3 weeks, I think you'll see an improvement. Microfiber is amazing stuff and this one is impregnated with silver which is an antimicrobial, their patent pending product removes 99.9% of bacteria, even on your face.
