Answers:
It sounds like heat bumps to me but keep an eye out for ABCDE of skin cancer it notice any of signs go to doctor.
They're probably blisters. Aloe vera will work wonders!
UV and UVB rays are damaging to your skin no matter the level of exposure. Two months seems like a long time; if they were blisters or a reaction to the sun exposure you would expect them to be gone by now. Make sure you put lots of moisturiser on if you ever get burned again, to replace the moisture taken away by the sun. It could just be that your skin is dying and the lumps are dry, dead skin. It's unlikely to be cancer so soon after your sunburn, but obviously if it's worrying you or causing you discomfort, get it checked out!
if u re a female, better rule out the possibility of some connective tissue disorder(SLE)..consult a Rheumatologist..or provide more details..being a doctor i shud b able to help
Same thing happened to me, only my rash was itchy. So I went to the doctor and come to find out I am actually allergic to extreme sun exposure.

The doctor gave me a stronger version of Cortisone and she told me to wear sun block SPF 35 or higher when I was outside.
