Depends what you're using it for, if it's a cold or something use Sinex - but not for more than a few days or it will cause a rebound reaction that means you just get a blocked nose again have to keep using it every few hours.
If hayfever then yeah use Beconase (whoever said its prescription only is wrong, you can buy it from Boots I think, and its cheaper too)

The best one is beconase, as this decongests more than just your nasal passages - it helps your breathing too. However, this is a prescription only drug, so you'd have to ask you're doc, and, you're only likely to be prescribed it if you're asthmatic, or the condition severely affects your everyday life. Oh, and it is a steroid, so you ought to be over 18 to take it. (I'm not, but hey, I've been pumped with steroids since I was 2 and a 1/2?!)
