I feel a small bump (no bigger than a pimple) in my ear. Well, actually, not on the INSIDE where the canal is.

it might actually BE a pimple. How long have you had it? If it is a pimple, it will go away as pimples tend to do. But if you have it too long, I would get it checked out. It could be some form of skin cancer, or it could be nothing at all. Better safe than sorry.
I would suggest meeting with an audiologist - who specialize in these things.
I've had these before and my ears aren't pierced. It really frustrated me and i wanted to pop them out or dig them out of my ear. Hehe, but I just waited it out and was patient and it eventually went away. (probably took about 2 weeks to disapate)
Hi, this is normal. It is basically a pimple on the ear lobe, except that because there are two surfaces (front and back), the pimple doesn't always come to the surface, in fact, seldom does. It will go away soon, especially if you gently massage it between your fingertips. But try not to squeeze it out or anything, as it won't be noticeable the way it is now, but you might make it noticeable from squeezing it. It is certainly nothing to worry about.
I wouldn't worry about the indentation on the anti-tragus. As you also have one on the other ear, it is probably just how your ears are made.
As for the nodule in the lobe, it may possibly be a bit of cartilage or scar tissue. Just monitor it. If it becomes painful or increases in size, see your doctor.
usually these only turn out to be really deep pimples. I knwo I had a few a couple months ago, you most likely have absolutely nothing to worry about, but you should still see a Doctor or Dermatologist just to be safe. Also, it could just be your ears shaping a little differently. From the moment you are born untill the moment you die, your ears, and your eyes never stop growing, so it doesn't mater if you are like 30, they will grow and change all the time, usually people who had huge ears growing up, will have it all evened out by the time they're 25.
