Can chest X-ray detect if you're positive for asthma?

Question:
if not, what kind of test they undergo to detect it?thank you

Answers:
No, the only true way to diagnose asthma is pulmonary function testing... a pre and post bronchodialator spirometry.. they will give you a mouthpeice to breath into a machine measuring your lung function, then after you do that they will give you a breathing treatment and redo the test, the results will diagnose whether or not you are pos for asthma
NO, chest x-ray has not much role to diagnose asthma.

pulmonary fuction tests like sprometry is important for diagnosis.
