Finger creme?

Question:
I'd like to know what is a good creme to put on my hands at night especially now during the summer especially for a diabetic who needle pokes about 10 times a day alternating fingers of course. Thanks. I have needle prick spots on my fingers which I dont want thanks.

Answers:
I always use cream on my hands, twice a day. I think the best kind of cream to use is by Aveeno. They are completely natural and very healthy for your skin.

I have Diabetes, and I check my glucose level 12 times a day; so I know what you're talking about.

I don't have too much problem with the little black spots, but that's pretty much because of the type of meter/pen I use. I use the Accu-Chek Compact. The pen that comes with it has a very fine needle. Plus, there is a dial that I can turn which determines how deep it goes in my finger. I keep it at a very low setting, so it barely goes into my finger; therefore, the black spots are really tiny.

The Aveeno does help keep my fingertips from getting hard; and I do believe it helps them heal faster.

But overall, to some extent, you will have some of those tiny black spots. Try getting a pen with a very thin needle to do your finger sticks — then you'll hardly be able to see them.

Good luck.
i have the same thing i just bithe black part of it off spit it out and it's gone LOL and yes i'm 12
first us hand cream for dry skin, second find a new spot to test..
