Pain under right breast?


Question:
For the last few months i have been having occasional spasms, under each breast near the rib cage. It feels like the muscle that is spasming gets stuck under my ribs and i have to stretch to stop it. The last experience of this was 1 week ago on the right side and it literally took my breath away , i couldnt talk. Since then it feels like something is swollen under my right breast and my bra keeps digging in it?
Any ideas, i know its where my liver is i have googled already.
HELP.
