Question:
Last night it started when I ate a TV Dinner that I fixed in the stove (of my new apartment) (It was mac n cheese) I started getting sick having diarrhea, chest pain, my left thumb has been tingling (or numb I have trouble telling). Tonight (now 24 hours later) I still feel sick and have gas really bad. Can someone plz tell me what I should do or if I need to go to the hospital.

I think you should be checked out. chest pain that does not go away is worrisome. numbness, tingling, nausea , vomiting and diarrhea can also be signs of cardiac problems. are you dizzy? sweaty? it is much better to be safe then sorry.
i dont think it had anything to do with the tv dinner. the tv dinner probably just set it off. u probably have the flu or a virus but the thumb tingly thing sounds kinda weird. if u dont feel any better after 24 hours of this then u should go to dr. never hurts to be safe.good luck but i am sure u r fine.
