What causes brown spots on your face? i take birth control and vitamin b would that cause it?

The birth control can cause that as well as perfume or fruit juice. I don't know why though. They actually have an article about skin problems in the Cosmo Style and Beauty magazine for Summer/Fall. It even says if you drink fruity drinks outside like margaritas you can get spots on your upper lip because of the fruit juices soaking into your skin. Sounds weird but apparently is true.
I doubt that both of those cause those, unless if you have a negative effect to them. Do you stay out in the sun too much? That's the major cause of brown spots. Also, if you stay in a very polluted area for a very long time, that could also cause brown spots. I recommend staying out of the sun and washing your face after being in a very polluted area for a while.
