Question:
I think it is some nervous disease.I also sometimes feel very sleepy when i should be active at work.My weight is around 60 kgs and height 170 cm.How can i cure it?

Answers:
This is nothing unusual. You're getting nervous, your heart rate is increasing, and your adrenaline is beginning to pump through your body. You respond by shaking and shivering.

You can reduce the symptoms by learning some relaxation techniques - deep breathing, focused meditation - or by repeatedly putting yourself in the situation that causes the symptoms. Eventually, you will begin to relax and the shivers will go away.

I agree that it's not what most people understand as stage fright, and I don't think that it has anything to do with your feeling sleepy. You may be getting sleepy due to a lack of sleep. Try napping. A 20 minute nap in the middle of the day can work wonders. You might also look into meditation as a way to relax and help reduce the fatique you're feeling during the day. Good luck!
I am sure it is stage fright. Every one feels sleepy sometimes when one should be active.
you probably have anxiety
usually peole with anxiety don't know they have those (panic attacks0 it is totally normal
My mom has the same thing! She takes meds for it. I don't know what there called, but it cures it. The meds make you get sleepy early and snore loud though. Ask your doctor.
