Mark on arm?

Question: I only got this mark when I was like 11, so it can't be a birthmark really. Its like a dark patch on my skin, with a few brown dots in it. it's about the size of two 5p pieces and on my arm just below my arm pit. Could it be caused by aerosol deodorant?
Any ideas what it is?

you seen the doctor, it might be some sort of skin cancer or just some sort of burn mark but just go to your doctor and get it checked
