i am a diabetic and i have a cold is there a fast way for us to get rid of them seeing that we can't take certain medicine's? Please help i feel like crap.

Vitamin C tablets come in sugar free form and they are good to help with your immune system. for some people if helps to take alot at a time for a energy boost if nothing else. personally I can never shake a cold fast but i hear they help some other people.
