If you have already seen a doctor, like I have, you know that there isn't much they can do about recurrent sinus infections except give you antibiotics. The best home remedy is to use a neti pot. You can get them at most drug stores or online. They are simple to use - just rinses out your nose and sinuses with warm salt water. You have to do it on a regular basis to keep irritants out. Many people are just very sensitive to particles in the air. Good luck.
Have you ever heard of a doctor?
Wow! You definitely need to see a specialist. It sounds like you already have an infection, but one thing that really helped me is cleaning my nasal passages each morning. You can find sinus rinse with all the nasal sprays. It has a large spray bottle, but you do not sniff, you let it follow the path around the sinuses and washes it out the other side. It is also great during allergy season to get rid of the pollen. It is very healthy. Health Food stores have a neti pot, but you can find it at the grocery stores and the sinus cleaner at the store is easier to use than a neti pot. One brand I use is NeilMed sinus rinse. It is safe and healthy to use every day. It is found in most stores. This is not an uncomfortable process. I used to have chronic sinus problems, but no more.
Again, my first advice is get to the doctor.
