My skin was good in high school, now it sucks, why??

Question:
I get these tiny bumps on my forehead and upper cheek by my nose... they look really ugly. :( Nothing is working that the dermatologists are prescribing to me... perhaps its an allergy? When I was in NY my skin started to clear up, then I came back to south Texas and it's bad again. ?? Sound about right?

Answers:
in high-school i had perfect skin never ever a zit now that i am 20 i have like these tiny little bumps on my chin and cheeks and around my nose all the time!! it freakin sucks!! they aren't really noticable just to me. but my derm thought i had peri oral dermatitis now they say its just clogged pores and i am on retin a micro gel, clindomycin lotion, and oral doxy. i know it seems like a lot for a small problem but it seriously seems to be working good. u should talk to your derm and try it!! anyways a lot of my girl friends have had the same problem too. they are getting chemial peels and weird stuff and its not really workin for them. they want to try what i am on because its seriosuly working anyways i think it has to do with hormones or something? hope this kinda helped good luck
Usually due to hormones!
sometimes instead of breaking out in high school , a lot of ppl break out once they have left hs,
don't stress about so much though :D
it will go away in mean time
Diet / nutrition is key
