Serious question. What the heck is this? (Not gross)?

Question:
this past week, SOmeeone I know has been having a feeling on the front of her leg like a spider is running up it, but nothing is there. Can anyone explain this?

Im being repetetive, I know, but its important.

Answers:
This could be a be a psychotropic reaction from medications. I read somewhere even antihistmanics such as Dramamine for dizziness and allergies would give this untoward reactions of spider creeping up your legs. It's just a "bad trip" . Eventually, it should wear off.
Could be Restless Leg Syndrome... check into it
Does it happen often? If it does and she suffers from numbness in odd areas of her body, have her go to the doc.
It could be lack of good circulation.
