I have these bumps below my lip on the corner of my mouth?

Question: I think they are pimples but i can't get rid of them here is a link for pictures. There kind of gross, but please help anyways.

Yeah, kinda gross. What ever it is, it's small. So that's good. Try putting some rubbing alcohol (not the drinking kind) on it to dry it out and make it go away.
