A Acne Scar??

I have a acne scar, which underneath seems to be another pimple..?? I had this scar for about 6 months...what should i do? is this scar permanent?

what i do when i have that is i get a saftey pin and poke it in the pore a little then squeeze the puss out
if that doesnt work ask your doctor
you can get rid of acne scars im pretty sure
