Question:
At one point an area on my shin, foot, and presently my elbow (as of this morning) just go numb. It lasts for several weeks at a time. It only feels like the skin tissue only. It rarely happens, but freaks me out when it does. Please, I want to feel again!
Answers:
Perhaps you should see a physician who may in turn recommend a neurologist. I know someone who complained of this sort of thing who later was diagnosed with MS.
That happened to my brother, but only in his arm. It is a symptom of his anxiety. But you should get it checked out. My sister had Guillain-Barre syndrome and this is very dangerous and can eventually attack your nervous system if not treated. Her whole body went numb and they had to filter her blood.
