Im Diabetic andI have small bunps all over my body from Diabetes, How can I get rid of them?

Question:
They dont itch and they are not rashey and they are very small but its embarrasing when my husband touches me because my skin is not smooth. Please help me. Please no jokes, only serious answers

Answers:
Depends. Are they similar to goosebumps or acne? Are they painful or discolored? Diabetics are known to have any number of skin conditions due to autonomic neuropathy, circulation issues, or immune system deficiencies.
ok, well do you take care of yourself? Like your diabetes? Cause I don't think that is normal. I have had diabetes for 15 years and have never heard of anything like that.
Huh, you are supposed to have bumps when you have diabetes? I have been diabetic for several years and never had bumps from it. I think you had better check with a dermatologist to be sure what it is.
