Could this be testicular cancer?

its not so much that i have a lump on my left tesicle, as much as it is oddly shaped. it hangs lower than my right one and it looks like a 6, or a teardrop or something like that. like a funny looking oval thing, and its always red. well, both are always red. i dont feel any pain anywhere in my tesicals or abdomen or anywhere. could it be cancer or is it just an ugly left testicle?

Since you are only 16 yrs and you have no pain there I don't think you have cancer.Why would you think of that?you are too young to have it.Just enjoy your life as both testicles hanging lower then each other is totally normal.we all do the same.Good luck.
