Is this a STD, if not what could this be?

Question:
I have 2 Purplish bumps on my thighs right below the scrodum, and i have 2 on the sides of my thighs, they feel like really painfull pimples and one of them formed a hole and has a liquid coming out of it,what could this be?

Answers:
they sound more like ingrown hairs than anything else. the hair gets trapped and staph gets in there and an infection is created. Doubt it's an std. because it is likely that staph is involved you may need antibiotics to clear them up, see your doctor.
Yikes. It could be ingrown hairs that are a bit infected. Try holding warm compresses on them twice daily for about 5 minutes, and then putting antibacterial ointment on them. Wear loose fitting underwear to minimize the friction. Keep your hands off of them as much as possible. It they dont go away in a week I would get to the doctor.
maybe you have a boil.they can be very painful..
check out this website....use caution...you don't want to get a bad skin infection...it can cause a lot of problems.
It could be many things. It is possiblely a cyst, herpes or could be a shanker. Go see a doctor.
