Yes...People with Downs Syndrome start developing Alzheimers, in their thirties. Plus, some people begin Alzheimers in their fifties, and might not have hit menopause yet.

people can have early onset alzheimer's disease in their forties and women have been known to conceive in their 40's and even 50's
