Does water help acne?

Question:
i dont have bd acne at all. just some bumps on forehead and cheeks. im using proactive and its helping but ive heard water helps alot. is this true?

Answers:
Yes the more water you drink the less breakouts you have. Drinking sodas and high sugar juices makes your face break out
Yeaa, I used to have pretty bad acne. I drink 10 glasses a day and I hardly get any acne anymore. I also take vitamins A,B5,C,D and E. It's better to solve the problem from the inside.
well.. when you excersize you sweat and water helps kinda clean your pores it doesnt work right away so you should try it :)
WARM water helps. (Not hot, not too cold)

I used proactive very long ago. And then when I stopped using it, I had a bad breakout. Because my face became immune to that product, and I did not want to continue buying it everytime when it went out.

I've been using cheaper product and that is panoxyl. It works well with warm water AND clear antibacterial liquid soap.

Oh yeah, i always us antibacterial liquid soap to wash my hand with water first and then wash my face with acne product.

My skin is so much better than before. I've been doing this for over two years. I am much happier with my routine.
