Why is it so hard for me to breathe?

Question:
When I inhale through my mouth, I can breathe but I can't breathe deeply. It's really hard to. If I try, it makes me cough. Why is this happening?

Answers:
Uh oh. this isn't good..
Have a look at this site. - http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/...
do you have asthma? do you smoke?
either way, one could be triggering it.
also, are you really stressed out right now, b/c if along with it you feel shaky, palms sweaty, or slightly dizzy, you could be hyperventilating

try drinking cold water, or try opening your freezer door and breathing in some of the cold air

the body acts in weird ways, and depending on the weather, you could be reacting to it. if you are cold, then do the opposite and throw a towel over your head and inhale over a bowl of very hot water or tea. if one or the other does not work, you need to go to hospital, you could be having an allergic reaction to somethng
It happened to me. Im not asthmatic , but i had anguish ,was like a big stone in my chest that makes difficult to breathe.
Could be that?.
Good luck!!
