I use a foot file to get off the dead skin and then put on some good cream and sock before bed. It does take work. But it will be worth it.
I usually just let it peel and then it goes away
You may have mild athlete's foot - Try Lotrimine (spelling?) Cream found at local drugstores, Gray box, orange letters.
Chop your foot off. Blood will moisturize.

maybe try getting a pedicure. they have those magical filing sponges that seem to work wonders.
sea salt foot scrub. i am using that along with a sea salt lotion and using the pumice stone. i used to have horrible feet but now they are soft!
Put vaseline or Olive oil on your feet and wrap them in saran rap over night. Do this a few times a week.
They have this wonderful lotion you rub on and wipe off (I think it's for heavy duty callus) it works great! I have a hard time with my feet...sorry do not recall the name off hand but it's in a squeeze tube and it's for calluses
That happenes to me sometime. what i do is put lotion... like cocoa butter on my feet and put socks on... the socks keep the moisture in... and I do that for a couple of days.. and it seems to go away after a couple of treatments
I suffered with this and I used scholl cracked heel cream and within a week it started to clear
u can take a bath shower what ever then when u get out use a foot scrapper. it take off all the dead skin. they use these when u go to get pedicures
