i don't know about alka seltzer - but when I had one my doctor told me to drink cranberry juice to help clean out my system
Don't know about that But i Do know that Apple Cider, vinegar and water, Cranberry Juice and Lots of water all help!
well.. im not sure about alka seltzer, but i know that cranberry juice is really helpful.

NO do not take alka seltzer it will erode the lining of your stomach I started throwing up blood and was put in c.c.u. that's how I found out I was also a diabetic
