I have an uncontrollable hunger for food that i can't shake. can anyone help?

i was in the same boat and honey, i'm damn hot now and dont have that crazy hunger crap ANYMORE!
i was told three great tricks...1).first thing every morning, drink a protein shake made from whey or soy(soy gives alot of gas initially to most, especially females but the flavinoids are great for long-term health especially for women) but NO CARBS in the shake! gives so much energy all day too!2). increase bulk fiber all day... low carb fruit, and lots of veggies.
and 3) increase the flavor of the foods you do eat...spices, peppers, vinegar etc.
swear you'll notice a difference in just a week or so...

what you need to do is just allow yourself a certain amount of food a day. when you eat, knowing taht you have eaten enough and feeling full are two completely different thigns. you really need to realize that when you are eating you have had enough after a certain point. it may seem difficult, but lets face it, if you are gaining weight quickly , cut out all the junk food, the candy everything bad. do not allow yourself anything until you loose weight enough that you feel you have you diet under control. good luck! :)
there are enough healthy choices out there to keep you in check and to make your taste buds happy. if you continue to surround yourself with junk, then that is the only result you will get. right now, it is how bad you want this. how bad do you want to get control of your life. or will you continue to allow something like food to make the decisions for you. if you don't buy junk food and you buy fruits and veggies instead...when you get hungry, that is what you will eat...plain and simple. keep in mind that only eating healthy will not help you lose the weight. you have to start exercising (if you aren't right now) and as a whole, start cutting out toxic things in your life. including people if there are any negative influences.
food is just that, food. it has no power over you. you decide what food, when and how it enters your body. you should consider your body the temple that it is. you should only allow the best in it, and discard of what is not suitable for it.
Get your blood sugar's tested, If its very high this will cause this problem.
well, I have heard that vitamin deficiency's can cause a false sense of hunger? Are you eating enough of the things your body needs. If you are just giving it empty calories, maybe it is keeping after you because it is still not getting enough nutrients. I would say get a new doctor if the first isn't helping. Go see a nutritionist too. Remember that your health is the most important thing you have! Good luck I hope you find a good doctor that can figure out/ explain what is going on.
