probably you only need one kidney anyway
so long as it doesn't effect u in anyway
you first need to figure out why that is. The larger kidney is probably doing more work then the smaller one.

It's not uncommon for paired organs and body parts to be unequal in size. In fact, they almost always are. Just telling us that one kidney is smaller doesn't tell us the how much smaller and if this affects kidney function in any way. How can we know if the size difference is significant??
Find out what the size difference is, if it affects function and then contact the Army and ask THEM!
