looks good i would add amputation and transplant. i have had both and it would be good to talk to others that have been Thur this also.
The picture and layout are good. Suggestions to make it better..

An unmoderated (not "a unmoderated") also maybe get the "an" down so that its part of the text below rather than isolated at the top and not really making sense.
The list of subjects covered can be tidies up a bit, just appearance rather than anything else.
