OK.When I was younger all I had to do was run my hand across my nose to scratch it and it would just pour!! as i got older it went away because i figured out that my nose was dry up inside so what I would do is place a very very small amount of Vicks Sauve up in my nostrils to help keep it moistened and have not had the problem since.
my husband is 38 and he has gotten this problem too i told him my remedy and it works for him.
Now secondly you don't say how old you are but if you have high blood pressure and not on medication for it that will also make your nose bleed...if it worries you go to the Dr. dear...good luck
Most nosebleeds occur becaomse of a minor irritation or cold. Other common causes include injury, blowing the nose very hard, very cold or very dry air, allergic rhinitis, upper respiratory infection, blood thinners, nasal spray, chemical irritants, and repeated sneezing. Repeated nosebleeds can be a symptom of another disease such as high blood pressure, allergies, a bleeding disorder, or a tumor in the nose or sinuses. Occasionally a blood vessel in the nose needs to be cauterized. In this case it would be best to see your doctor for an exam and testing to determine what the exact cause may be.
Maybe you have some alergy stuff going on, or is the air very dry that your nasal cavity is dry and cracked? If it is an ongoing problem you can have a little surgery to seal the vessel that is leaking. other wise just pinch the nose for 15 mins until it stops.
