I have raised pinples around my nipples and if i squese them white wormey things come out just like?

If I squese them white stuff comes out just like in grown hairs except these ant in grown hairs. There are around my nipple and on my nipple i squese them to get rid of them but should this be happening what are they. They dont hurt there just anoying and i dont want them. Help

I get them too, they are just fatty spots and no big deal. I squeeze them and they go away, no probs :)

i had this problem a while back and went to see my gp there only milk ducts and are nothing to worry about they come and go all the time sorry but us woman have to put up with this as well as the monthlys x x DEBBIE

Hey I get them too... they are absolutely nothin to worry about. They remind me of when you get a lil spot on your face. I squeeze mine too.

At last , I thought I wiz the only wifie with weird nipple squeezing habits, I huv been at it fur years. I huv never found any strange stuff in ma wee pores. I just assumed that it wiz a wee bit like yer face when manky stuff gets stuck in the holes and needs a wee hand tae get oot!

I never heard of that.. But maybe it's milk spots??
