480 mg of salt is about 1/4 of what you should have in any given day, so at one time it is quite a bit, equal to about 1/4 teaspoon
i dont know how many spoons it would be... but sodium is salt... i am not smart... my friend is telling me EVERYTHINGG!! she on the other hand is like amazingly smart.
That is alot im not sure about the teaspoons though.
