Answers:
Ya you present with the symptoms of peptic ulcer. But it has nothing to do with your liver. Peptic ulcer presents as sharp pain in your upper abdomen and along food pipe after meals esp if you had spicy and fried food. Other symptom being bitter taste / liquid in your mouth and abdominal distension after meals. Its worsened /caused by smoking (single most imp risk factor) tea coffee chocolates alcohol vinegar among other things. You should avoid them as well as spicy and fried food. And if you smoke you should quit it. Increase vegetable content of your diet Some medicines are also given in it you can take tablet pantocid (contains pantoprazole) 40mg once a day for 14 days . Has to be taken in morning before breakfast. Continue to take for 14 days though you ill get relief in 2- 3 days If in doubt you can ask me more by editing your question or you can consult your doctor
I have no experience with peptic ulcers!!
you do have some problems in the stomatch, your diet needs to be adjusted, spicy would still worsen your pain. if its peptic ulcer you really need to take better care. coconut water is good.
but, what are other food you take to strenghten your liver. take good leafy vegetables, fibrous food.
stop non-veg or limit to very little.
you do need a doctors advice to see which condition you are atpresent before he would adjust your diet.
Check with a specialist before it is late.
i have a peptic ulcer. it feels like the pain is from your liver, but its not. the feeling in my stomach i can only describe is like a ball of hair rolling around, with pain and nausea. it comes on different times, and goes away for a length of time until you eat something that doesn't agree. having the shits all the time. dont eat spicy foods- tomatos, chillis, anything mexican! drink alot of water when you atart to feel your ulcer come on. it helps to stop further damage to the lining of your stomach. take tums on a regular basis to help keep up your mucous lining and help repair any damage that has been done.
