This is fluid just watch your salt intake the next three days and you will be alot better. Drink plenty of water and Sodium Free Diet Rite. I would eat no sodium foods for three days. This should remove the swelling. I get this too when I eat chili and tacos or just about anything in excess. You just ate too much at one time.
The only thing in chili to raise your blood sugar would be tomatoes and beans if you put those in. It shouldn't hurt your feet. If only one foot is swollen, I would consider a blood clot or an infection in that foot. Do you have a wound?
If it is gout, try saffron spice? I remember reading it somewhere that it is supposed to be very helpful for gout pain. Don't really know if it's true or not. Either way, you might just have to go to your doctor or a clinic to get it checked out if it keeps bothering you. Good luck.
This is very poetic.
Are you for real though? Are you trying to kill yourself? There's plenty of food out there that is sugar free.
There's got to be a way u can get health care..medicaid?
God Bless
I will say this, you do not have to starve when you are a diabetic. I am and I do not. Late night is not a good time to eat. when you think you are really hungry, you are only thirsty. Try drinking water, *first*. You can still eat good portions if you take your meds properly. Stay away from fast food. Limit the salt intake and try eating more vegetables. The gout pain will ease up. Drinking the water should help also.
I was going to give an honest answer .. but after reading that diatribe I think maybe you should just soak your foot ... and your head in the left over chili!
I come from a family of diabetics, and that sounds liek gout. Youg et it one way from eating very rich meat products and fatty foods like pate' and liverwurst in large quantities. At least that is how my brother got it several times. It also might be a blood clot so if I were you and it really looks that big id be packing up to go to the Emergency room at my nearest hospital as soon as I could get there. Medical or no medical they will treat you.
