I have a wart on the finger next to my thumb, Could it possibly go away?

Question:

I've had it for quite a while now. Years, Lots of them. It's really ugly. I only have one which is the one I am talking about but, How can I make it vanish? Any formula or technic?

warts are due to a viral infection which the body overcomes and eventually go away by themselves.
You can get preparations from the chemist to burn off warts but not all warts are suitable for this treatment. I would suggest you show it to either your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
An old wives tale says that if you can sell your wart to a witch it will disappear.

They sell over the counter wart remover things...

You can get it burned off with nitrogen, ask a doctor.
