I think you are going to be in much worse trouble if he dies. GET HIM MEDICAL ATTENTION RIGHT AWAY!!
take him to the hospital that is severe alcohol/drug poisoning even though he is still breathing he is close to death and could very well stop breathing at any moment do the right thing I think his parents would thank you if you called and ambulance be a real friend and save his life NOW I am a nurse and this needs medical attention immediately esp if he is vomiting black and it is bloody that is a big sign of an GI bleed and he could bleed out on your floor call the ambulance now instead of having to call when he is lying on your floor dead and I think his parents would be even more mad about that and you did not get him help and you knew he was like that his parents could bring criminal charges against you if that happened. So call and ambulance tell his parents just get him to the hospital immediately.

Just so you know, if you ever see a situation like that for real, it's a very serious medical issue. More than likely, the afflicted isn't breathing well at all, and is near death. Black and bloody vomit can signal some kind of GI bleed, which is pretty serious to have. It's pretty easy to accidentely overdose on alcohol or drugs, pass out, and stop breathing, or aspirate on your own vomit and die. If you ever see one of your friends in a situation like that, roll them over onto their left side, so the vomit will drain out of their mouth and not into their lungs. Call 911 immediately! If your friend dies and you don't call 911, you could be held liable for his death. Better for his friend to get into trouble for the drug use, than for you to go to jail for 10 years for manslaughter, and have your friend's death on your conscience.
