Answers:
you are working out tooo hard, take it easy relax for a few days, you are pushing your body to far, if i where you i would get a drink and relax in the pool, ( lucky bugger) lollllllll
my mum had a saying if in doubt go to the doctors
Your body was telling you that you were hungry, but it for some reason didn't show some obvious symptoms of being hungry. Your body didn't have enough energy to itself that is is hungry. I told my doctor about this, and that is what he said. He said if you feel like this again, eat something healthy, like what you ate, and if the feeling continues, call a doctor. Tell your doctor what happened and what you did, and he/she will tell you what to do, such as coming to him, or going to a med-first, or taking some asprin, or drink some water. Hope this helps.
