Strange little bumps on my arm?

Question:
On my upper arm, on the side that is visible, I have ALWAYS had tiny little bumbs. They don't itch. I have tried Exfoliating, but it kinda hurts and they get sore. I have had them since I was very young. They aren't acne...I have no clue!

Answers:
Keratosis Pilaris. I won't waste your time by rambling.go look it up on the internet. I have it too; my whole family has it. It sucks!
I have them too on both arms, my dad said that there's toxins coming out, I guess sort of like acne, but my mom says that it could be prickly heat. Not too sure, but I used to pick them and now I have scars.
I have them too and they drive me crazy. Just do NOT pick at them, it makes it worse and leaves scars. Tanning helps them cease, but I don't recommend that much. Just apply lotion every time you get out of the shower. Or if you go to the doctor about it, suggest getting Bactroban Cream, It's rather expensive, but it will solve any skin problem you have.
