I need help with this skin problem ASAP!!?
Question:
My sister has these welts that seems like they only appear at night and she says they itch bad it got so bad one night they where all on the bottoms of her feet and on the palms of her hands but it only really happens at night. We change clothes detergent and the soap we bathe with and still nothing please help!
