Hard to say. It may not be a matter of having anything wrong with the person at all but rather their genetic make-up. In the past 10 years I've had 2 cysts removed from my legs. They weren't anything I was worried about but instead were simply a nuisance. Likewise, a friend of mine has had a few cysts removed in various parts of her body and they haven't been anything that the doctors are concerned about.
