you can get really creative with stir frys..just mix your faves of white meat skinless chicken breast, broccoli, sprouts, spinach, artichokes, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, cabbage, tofu, fish, immitation crabmeat, carrots, onion, any veggie really, with soy sauce, ginger and garlic. add noodles or rice and enjoy. also, adding beans will bulk up on any recipe without adding fat and it will help to fill u up.
